Paula Eldridge

Choral singing for me is about learning and singing the best literature, written by the greatest composers, with a group of singers and musicians who seek the highest standards possible. (And I love that every member of Masterworks Chorale has very high standards).

The best experience is a mix of so many things:

• The conductor is knowledgeable about vocal technique and has expert knowledge of the great choral literature;

• Each singer and musician is willing to be constantly learning and improving;

• Rehearsal time is always used efficiently and organized so that not a minute is wasted;

• The artistry and interpretation of every note of the composer’s intent are realized.

That’s what I think singing with Masterworks is about.
