The Kaitlyn Schlegel Young Singers Fund
Kaitlyn Schlegel was a wonderful young singer with a cheerful and indomitable spirit, and a dedicated board member and administrator for Masterworks Chorale. Kaitlyn died unexpectedly in January 2013, at the age of 26.
Commemorating her life, we created the Kaitlyn Schlegel Young Singers Fund to support young singers participating in our membership.
Our commitment to supporting young singers
The Kaitlyn Schlegel Young Singers Fund provides students and non-students the opportunity to join the Masterworks Chorale membership at reduced or no cost.
For undergraduate or graduate college students under the age of 30, the Fund provides full payment of the annual membership dues and music.
For non-student young singers under the age of 26 years, the Fund provides partial or full payment of the annual membership dues and music.
Audition for Masterworks Chorale
Masterworks Chorale welcomes young singers to join our membership! We periodically offer auditions throughout the season. Email us to learn more about the process and to schedule an audition!
